Additional notes
Minamisayaka has Assam and Caucasus genes, which adds some uniqueness in its flavor characteristics. This was originally bred for Kamairicha (釜炒り茶 pan-fired green tea), but its high withering suitablility makes it attactive for the production of black and oolong tea – like this tea.
